The company was founded by Thorson Chemical Corp, USA in Düsseldorf 1971. The Managing Directors Klaus B. Deutzmann and Manfred W. Heim bought the shares in 1989 and continued the business as an independant organisation. Per January 2, 2006 Azelis Group acquired the shares of our enterprise. Staff and management which will be remain in place continue the acitivities as in past.

We distribute chemical raw materials and specialities of international manufacturers in Europe and worldwide selectively. As a link between customers and producers we ensure their partnership. From warehouses in the center of Europe we can guarantee prompt deliveries according to the needs.

We are improving our dependability of deliveries and the standard of quality of the products distributed by us; for more than thirtyfive years we have been fullfilling this commitment.

International marketing and distribution of chemical products for designated industries have been and will be our business in the future.

Our activities are supported by our subsidiary in Praha, sales offices in Berlin and in Tokyo and distribution partners worldwide. Our Main Sales Areas are the following industries:
